We fix Core Web Vitals using field data from your actual visitors, then fix the page they land on — and report enquiries before and after, so you can see whether the work paid for itself.
Every visitor who leaves before your page finishes loading was already bought — through an ad click, a hard-won ranking, or a referral. They cost you something, and then they never saw the site. That is what makes website speed optimization services unusual: unlike most marketing spend, the traffic is already there, and the work simply stops you from losing it at the door.
The catch is that most speed work is done against the wrong measurement. An agency runs a lab test on office wi-fi, gets a green score, and reports success — while your actual customer, on a mid-range Android over 4G in Nashik or Surat, is still waiting six seconds for a hero image nobody compressed. We work from field data, collected from your real visitors, and we test on a real throttled device. If you want the diagnosis before the sales pitch, our guide on why your website is slow explains what to look for yourself.
Ordered by how often each one turns out to be the biggest single cause on an Indian business site.
On the majority of Indian business sites we audit, images are more than 70% of page weight. Uncompressed hero photographs, 3000px product shots scaled down in the browser, PNGs that should be WebP or AVIF. Converting formats, sizing correctly for the device and lazy-loading below the fold routinely halves load time before anything else is touched.
Every analytics tag, chat widget, heat-map tool and marketing pixel added over the years sits in the critical path, and each one delays the first paint. We audit what is loading, defer what can wait, remove what nobody reads any more, and self-host fonts so the browser is not waiting on a third-party handshake to draw text.
Google measures three things from real visitors: how fast the main content appears, how quickly the page responds to a tap, and whether the layout jumps while loading. CLS in particular is what makes a visitor tap the wrong thing and leave. These are the numbers that feed ranking, and they come from field data, not from a score you generated once on office wi-fi.
A site on oversold shared hosting has a ceiling no amount of front-end work can lift. We measure server response time first, and where that is the bottleneck we will say so — moving to adequate hosting with proper caching and a CDN is frequently cheaper than the optimisation work people ask us for instead.
The common Indian SME setup: a multipurpose theme, a page builder, and thirty-odd plugins accumulated over five years. The fix is rarely another caching plugin. It is auditing what each plugin loads on every page, removing duplicated functionality, and cutting the builder's CSS and JS payload down to the pages that actually need it.
For older WooCommerce and WordPress installs, slow pages are often slow queries — bloated post-meta tables, orphaned revisions, a plugin running an unindexed lookup on every page load. Front-end work cannot fix a two-second server response, and we check this before quoting anything else.
The second half of the job, and the reason we do not sell speed on its own.
Making a slow site fast lifts enquiries because fewer people leave before it loads. It does not fix a page that fails to say what you do, hides the phone number, or asks for eleven form fields. We check both, and we will tell you which one is actually costing you money — occasionally the honest answer is that the site is fast enough and the copy is the problem.
Most Indian traffic arrives on a mid-range Android over 4G, not on the machine the site was designed on. We test on real devices at throttled speeds. Tap targets too small, a sticky banner covering the call button, a form that triggers the wrong keyboard — these cost more conversions than a 200ms improvement in load time.
On most business sites the visitor has to do too much work. We map the route from landing to enquiry, count the steps and remove what is not earning its place — a phone number visible without scrolling, a form short enough to finish on a phone, click-to-WhatsApp where that is how your customers actually prefer to talk.
We record a baseline — enquiries, calls, WhatsApp taps per thousand visitors — before touching anything, then change one thing at a time. Without a baseline, every change is an opinion. This is also how we can tell you honestly whether the work paid for itself.
LCP, INP and CLS from field data, full-page weight by resource type, server response time, render-blocking requests, image format and sizing, plugin and script inventory, and mobile usability on a throttled real device.
A written report listing every issue found, ordered by how much time each fix will actually save against how long it takes to do. Costed. No obligation to have us do the work — several clients have taken the report to their existing developer, and that is a legitimate outcome.
The initial audit is free for a single page. A full multi-template site audit is ₹15,000 and is credited in full against the fix work if you proceed with us.
Most WordPress and WooCommerce sites are substantially fixed inside one to three weeks. Hosting migrations add a few days. Sites needing a rebuilt front end are quoted separately — and we will say plainly when optimisation is throwing good money after bad.
A single-page audit is free and a full site audit is ₹15,000, credited against the work if you go ahead. The fixes themselves typically run ₹25,000 to ₹75,000 for a standard WordPress or WooCommerce business site — images, scripts, caching, fonts and the plugin audit. Larger stores and custom applications are quoted after the audit, because the honest range is too wide to publish. If the bottleneck turns out to be your hosting rather than your site, we will tell you that, and the fix is usually a few thousand rupees a month rather than a project.
Yes, but keep the size of the effect in proportion. Core Web Vitals are a genuine ranking signal and Google measures them from real visitors, so a slow site is carrying a handicap. But speed is a tiebreaker, not a substitute for relevance — a fast page about the wrong topic still will not rank. The larger and more immediate gain is usually conversion rather than ranking: visitors who currently leave before the page paints are lost traffic you are already paying for.
Because that score is a lab test — a simulated device under simulated conditions, run once. What Google actually uses for ranking, and what your customers experience, is field data collected from real visitors on real phones and real connections. A site can score well in the lab and perform badly in the field if, for instance, a third-party chat widget loads slowly for real users, or the test ran against a cached page. We always work from field data and from testing on an actual mid-range Android.
Usually it can be optimised, and we prefer that — it is far cheaper and it keeps the rankings and content you have already earned. A rebuild becomes the better answer in three cases: the theme or page builder is abandoned and no longer receives security updates, the site is on a platform that cannot be made responsive, or the plugin stack is so tangled that untangling it costs more than starting cleanly. We will give you that assessment in the audit rather than defaulting to the more expensive option.
Speed optimisation makes the page arrive faster, so fewer visitors abandon before they see anything. Conversion optimisation makes the page that arrives better at turning a visitor into an enquiry — clearer message, visible contact options, shorter forms, a sensible path. They are complementary and we audit both, because fixing only one produces the two most common complaints we hear: 'the site is fast now but sales did not move', and 'we redesigned it and it looks great but it takes eight seconds on mobile'.
Yes, and it is the majority of what we do. The typical Indian SME site runs a multipurpose theme, a page builder and twenty to forty plugins added over several years, and the fix is almost never installing another caching plugin. It is auditing what each plugin loads on every page, removing duplicated functionality, cutting the builder's CSS and JS to the pages that need it, sorting out images, and checking whether slow database queries are the real cause. WooCommerce stores also need their cart and checkout treated separately, since those pages cannot be cached the same way.
Yes — speed and conversion work is entirely remote. We run it for clients in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Surat, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Vadodara and Nashik as readily as in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. All we need is access to the site, the hosting and your analytics, and we can usually complete the audit within two working days of getting them.
We record a baseline before touching anything — Core Web Vitals from field data, load time on a throttled real device, and your current enquiries, calls and WhatsApp taps per thousand visitors. After the fixes we report the same numbers side by side. Field data takes about 28 days to fully reflect a change, so the honest final report comes a month after the work, not the day it ships. You get both the immediate lab comparison and the delayed field one.
